HOW TO USE:

We provide a "Free shipping" service to any destination in Australia.
We can ship your gorgeous orders to virtually any address in the world, and the shipping cost is calculated at the time of your order. If an order is over AU$1000.00, Free shipping is applicable.
We use a FedEx International Priority Service for all international orders. Once dispatched, it usually takes 3 to 7 business days. All International Orders will be calculated without GST (local Goods and Service Tax). The buyer is subject to import duty and tax if applicable at the customs of the destination.
Upon confirmation of payment, your order will be dispatched within 24 or 48 hours. You will receive a confirmation email with a FedEx tracking number once your order has been processed and shipped.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you have used the product and you are still eligible for return if you used the product less than 25% and you have the receipt or proof of purchase. But you may need to pay for the return shipping cost. If you used the product more than 25% then your are not eligible for a return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If you used the product 25% or more, you are not eligible for a return.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
