We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused in its original packaging with proof of purchase. You are not qualified for a return if the product has been used.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged, or wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


If you wish to return non-faulty items (i.e change of mind), you must return them insured at your own shipping cost. Also, we will deduct the original shipping and packaging cost we spent to ship your order, even if it was not charged when you placed the order. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will refund you on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
